Ready to test those Ink guns?!
With the release of the first Global Testfire for Splatoon 2 coming in less than two weeks, Nintendo has already made the demo available on the Switch eShop in preparation for when it goes live. Now, additional information has been provided, this time from Nintendo of Japan’s Twitter Account:
Nintendo of Japan has confirmed that two different stages will be available during the Global Testfire, Barnacle Sports Club and Battera Street, and that each will be selected at random when you play the game. Some people may already be familiar with Barnacle Sports Club, which has already been featured in previous footage from the game. As far as ‘Battera Street’, it is unknown if this will be the final name of that stage, but the word is derived of a type of sushi.
The Global Testfire will take place on the weekend of March 24 and will be available for an hour at a time, so make sure to catch it before it goes.
Splatoon 2 does not have a release date, but it is believed to be coming out in June.
