In high demand

Bandai Namco is getting ready to release Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 on the Nintendo Switch, but it seems they are facing supply issues with the physical version of the game. Through the official Twitter account of Dragon Ball, they’ve reported the issue meeting demand of the game which released this past September 7th.

Here is the original Tweet from Bandai Namco:

Even though there is a shortage of the game, Bandai Namco did state that they should be able to meet demand at the end of the month for those that are looking to own the physical version.

Perhaps Bandai Namco underestimated the demand of the game on the Nintendo Switch and this is an indication that the game will be selling better than anticipated on the system.  Here’s hoping that it outperforms Bandai Namco’s expectations and paves the way for Dragon Ball FighterZ on the Nintendo Switch.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 comes to the Nintendo Switch in North America this September 22nd.
